There is nothing more peaceful than creating art by candle light while listening to Bon Iver. It reminds me of the long summer nights where I stayed up till all hours of the night doing artsy stuff to escape all of the raw and upsetting emotions and stresses of the day. I’ve forgotten what it’s like to do stuff like this. I really missed it.

I just went through senior year’s year book trying to be all nostalgic and miss everybody and stuff, and then I realized that 90% of those people suck and I allowed them to make me feel like shit. I know what I’m gonna do tonight. Since I’m sick, I’m staying home and bringing in the year by myself. I was just gonna chill and watch tv, but I remembered something I loved to do over the summer. I’m gonna do some crappy water-color painting in the dark by candle light and listen to music. Maybe you’ll see them if they’re decent :)

I’m just going to lay in bed, listen to Bon Iver, and text people until my phone dies. Thursday night and Yesterday were glorious. It was great to see the people whom I love for the first time since June and July. <3
